In the field of healthcare services, brand awareness was very important to establish a trust-based relationship with customers. At this point, our focus was to create a brand identity that would be related to Palm Clinic’s promises and differentiate it in the competitive environment, increase brand awareness and convince customers that it is a reliable physician clinic.

With clean aesthetics, intuitive navigation, and mobile responsiveness, the site allows users to effortlessly explore treatments, expert doctors, and appointment booking options. Our approach focuses on trust-building design, informative content, and an easy-to-use interface, enhancing Palm Clinic’s online presence and patient engagement.

Social Media
To establish trust and credibility in the medical aesthetics market, we built Palm Clinic’s communication strategy around the concept of “attention”, integrating it into all social media content. By highlighting professional expertise, doctor identity, and advanced technology, we strengthened the brand’s reliability.

Growth-Ads
Our strategy included targeted social media ads, informative content, and YouTube videos, ensuring strong engagement with potential customers. By reallocating the Google Ads budget to social media, we maximized reach and impact. Within one month, the brand started building customer relationships, and by the third month, it achieved great return on media investment.
